Gary Dainton

Non-Executive Chairman, BSc (Hons) Economics, FCA, GAICD


Gary is a Non-Executive Director of Kinsmen. In 2005, after 15 years as a consultant with global professional services firm KPMG including time as a Partner of the firm in London and the United States, Gary established Odyssey Capital Partners, a boutique corporate advisory and funds management business in Sydney. Gary is a responsible manager for Odyssey Capital and Odyssey Capital Funds Management Ltd. As well as his executive duties at Odyssey Capital Partners, Gary has a number of non-executive roles, including CL Asset Holdings Pty Ltd.

Theo Baker

Non-Executive Director


Theo is a Non-Executive Director of Kinsmen. Theo has broad experience in selecting and managing investments across a range of industries and in guiding the growth of expanding businesses. Theo also has experience with property development within the residential and commercial property sectors, has managed public as well as private companies for over 20 years and has a sound working knowledge of corporate governance. Theo was the founding shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of CL Asset Holdings Pty Ltd and was responsible for the overall management and strategic direction. Prior to this, Theo was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of an multinational IT company, responsible for growing it from a small business in the early 90’s into a global operation.

Craig Watson

Director, MBA, B.Ec(Acc), Grad Dip Property Development, FCPA


Craig has over 30 years experience as a finance executive and company director.  Craig is currently an executive director of Kinsmen Securities Limited, non-executive director of Refueler Pty Ltd, Responsible Manager for three Australian Financial Services Licensees and is an officer of Cartridge World Australia and New Zealand.  He has held numerous executive roles on public and private sector companies and joint ventures and has experience across numerous industries including property, finance, retail, and technology start-ups.

Craig has a demonstrated ability to think strategically, or as required delve into and understand minute detail. Initially trained in accounting and finance, his subsequent experience and studies have included risk management, governance, marketing, leadership, general management and all aspects of business administration.
